Review applicants and find talent

Work through applicants, read your listing numbers and search for people.

Applications made with easy apply arrive in the employer portal. Moving each one along keeps applicants informed: they see the status you set in their app.

Work through applicants

  1. Open Applicants. Filter by status, or pick one job to see only its applicants.
  2. Read each applicant's name, contact details and cover note, and download the resume they attached.
  3. Set a status as you go:
    • Mark viewed when you have read the application.
    • Shortlist the people you want to consider further.
    • Hire the person you take on.
    • Reject the applications you will not take forward.

Contact shortlisted applicants directly by phone or email to arrange interviews.

Read your numbers

The Overview page shows how your listings perform over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, compared with the same length of time before:

  • Job views: how often your job pages were opened.
  • Applications: easy apply applications received.
  • Outside apply clicks: clicks on the apply link or email of jobs that take applications elsewhere.
  • Applies per 100 views: applications and outside clicks for every 100 views.

Below the chart are the numbers for each job and where your applicants stand. A job with many views and few applications may need a clearer title, a salary or a simpler way to apply.

Find talent

Under Talent you can search the profiles job seekers have made visible to employers. Search by a skill, a role or a word from their profile, or pick one of your jobs to see the people whose skills fit it first.

Verified companies can message a person from their profile. Nchito emails your message with your name, company and email address; the person's own contact details stay private until they reply. Say who you are, what the work is and how to reach you.
