Get started as an employer

Create your account, add your company and get verified.

Employers use the Nchito website to post jobs and review applicants; job seekers find and apply in the Nchito app. Getting started takes three steps.

1. Create your account

Go to For employers on the Nchito website and create an account with your name, your work email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Use an address at your company if you have one: it helps the Nchito team verify you.

2. Add your company

After signing up you are taken to your company profile:

  • Company name, as it is registered.
  • Website, if you have one.
  • About the company: what you do and where. It appears on your public company page once you are verified.
  • Logo: a PNG, JPEG or WebP image of up to 500 KB. A square image works best.

3. Get verified

Nchito checks every company before it can publish jobs. Your company shows one of three states:

  • Awaiting verification. The team is checking your details. You can already write and save jobs as drafts.
  • Verified. You can publish jobs. They show the verified badge, and your company name is locked: only the Nchito team can change it.
  • Not verified. The team could not confirm your company. Check your details and get in touch through the contact page to try again. Publishing stays locked.
